On April 9, 2025, Valuracion provided the Directors of 1cm Inc. a Fairness Opinion that, as of the date of such opinion, and based upon and subject to the assumptions, limitations and qualifications set forth therein, the Purchase Price of $32.2 million for the sale of its stores to SNDL Inc. is fair from a financial point of view, to to 1CM shareholders.
